Enbridge CEO Greg Ebel to Retire at Year-End; Michele Harradence Named Successor

**CALGARY** — Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB) has announced that Chief Executive Greg Ebel will retire at the end of this year. He will be succeeded by Michele Harradence, effective January 1, 2027.
Harradence currently serves as Enbridge’s executive vice-president and president of gas distribution and storage. Following the transition, Ebel will remain with the company as an adviser to both Harradence and the board of directors from January until May 2027.
Harradence has managed Enbridge’s gas utilities division since 2022. Prior to that role, she was based in Houston as the senior vice-president and chief operations officer for the company’s gas transmission and midstream operations. She joined Enbridge in 2014 after holding several senior executive positions at Shell Canada, including general manager of the Sarnia manufacturing centre in Ontario.
Ebel joined Enbridge in 2017 as board chair following the company’s merger with Spectra Energy, where he had previously served as CEO. He assumed the role of president and CEO of Enbridge in January 2023.
